INNOVATE Real Estate is proud to announce the addition of Michael Blum as National Director of Agent Development, further strengthening the company’s commitment to providing exceptional education, coaching, and long-term career development for agents across its growing national footprint.
Michael brings a unique combination of real estate production, brokerage leadership, coaching, and education to the position. A Pennsylvania Associate Broker, he has spent the past 13 years helping buyers and sellers throughout the Philadelphia suburbs while simultaneously serving as a sales manager, productivity coach, technology trainer, and mentor to agents at every stage of their careers.
His professional journey actually began outside of real estate. Before entering the industry, Michael spent more than a decade in nonprofit leadership, focusing on informal education, youth development, and community leadership. Although the industries have changed, his mission has remained remarkably consistent: helping people navigate change, build confidence, and achieve meaningful growth.
That philosophy aligns naturally with INNOVATE’s commitment to investing in its agents, not simply through technology or tools, but through ongoing education, mentorship, and practical support.
Unlike many industry trainers who have stepped away from active sales, Michael continues to work directly with buyers and sellers. Remaining in production allows him to bring current market insight, real-world experience, and proven business strategies into every coaching conversation. His guidance reflects the realities agents face today, providing practical solutions they can immediately implement in their businesses.
As National Director of Agent Development, Michael will lead the company’s onboarding initiatives, training curriculum, coaching systems, and scalable development pathways designed to support agents from their first transaction through every stage of their careers. His focus will be on building confidence, improving productivity, strengthening client experiences, and helping agents create businesses that are both sustainable and rewarding.

Michael lives in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Rachel, and daughter, Molly. He remains actively involved in his local community through leadership, volunteerism, and charitable organizations.
