Innovate Real EstateBrianne "Brie" Bender is a top producing Realtor, Broker in Charge, and the Director of Broker Operations for Innovate Real Estate. She has been in the real estate industry since 2006, and according to her, has been providing exceptional customer service since she started working with her father in his carpet cleaning business at age 8!
As INNOVATE’s Director of Broker Operations, her role is to ensure that our Brokers in each area have the support they need to help our agents be successful. By staying abreast of key industry issues, Brie is able to make sure as a brokerage that we are always at the forefront of innovation when it comes to the way we do business.
As an independent brokerage, INNOVATE Real Estate has the unique ability to remain agile and make moves quickly in the ever changing real estate landscape to craft training and programs that give our Brokers and agents the tools they need to consistently stay ahead of their fellow agents in the marketplace. As a key member of the Executive team, Brie takes advantage of that edge and works closely with our Director of Agent Development to stay ahead of the changes we see on the horizon and prepare our agents to continue to provide exceptional service to our clients and customers no matter what may be happening in the industry.
