Manny Menezes is a real estate broker, entrepreneur, and business leader with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Throughout his career, he has built, led, and grown successful real estate organizations across New England, developing extensive expertise in brokerage ownership, franchise development, agent recruiting, leadership, and business growth.

Manny has owned and operated multiple real estate brokerages under nationally recognized brands, including RE/MAX and EXIT Realty franchises. These leadership roles provided him with deep experience in brokerage operations, agent development, recruiting, marketing, and the systems required to build and scale successful real estate businesses.

Beyond brokerage ownership, Manny has remained actively involved in the real estate industry through local Realtor associations and Multiple Listing Services, serving on committees and participating in initiatives that strengthened his understanding of the evolving needs of both agents and consumers.

Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation, Manny founded REALTY NEW ENGLAND, an independent brokerage built on personalized support, local expertise, and opportunities for agents to grow thriving businesses. While expanding REALTY NEW ENGLAND, he continued seeking innovative solutions that would better serve agents and clients alike.
