INNOVATE Real Estate is pleased to announce the appointment of Shyanne Lawrence as Director of Operations, a role focused on strengthening the company’s operational infrastructure and supporting continued growth across its expanding markets.
Lawrence brings extensive experience in brokerage operations, governance, and multi-state infrastructure development. In her previous work supporting large-scale brokerage operations across the United States and Canada, she has focused on building scalable operational systems that support agents, brokers, and leadership teams as real estate organizations grow across multiple markets.
