We’ve all seen the trade-off. Traditional brokerages offer amazing local support, culture, and accountability but they often come with a low ceiling. Limited scale, limited upside, and capped growth. Cloud brokerages offer massive scale and income potential but often at the expensive price of losing local leadership, real broker support, and meaningful human connection.

Our Story: From Myrtle Beach to a Movement
To understand where we are going, you have to understand where we started. We didn’t begin as a tech experiment. We started as a traditional brokerage in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, 14 years ago. We were brick-and-mortar. We were local. We were hands-on. We planted deep roots in our market.
But as the years passed, the industry evolved, and so did the expectations placed on agents. You needed more technology, more sophisticated marketing, tighter compliance, and a greater need for consistent broker support.
We realized that “business as usual” wasn’t going to work for the next decade. So, in March of 2024, we made a very intentional decision. We didn’t just rebrand; we rebuilt. We became INNOVATE.
We didn’t do this to be different for the sake of being different. We did it to be relevant. The Hybrid-Growth model was born out of that rebuild. It is not a pivot away from traditional real estate it is the evolution of it.
