Every company has a starting point. Ours began in Myrtle Beach with a small, independent team of seven agents who believed real estate could be done differently.

At the time, the brokerage was known as Beach Realty Group, later evolving into BRG Real Estate. What no one could fully predict was how far that vision would travel.

In 2024, the company officially became INNOVATE Real Estate, a name that reflected both its evolution and its forward-thinking approach.

Growth opportunities soon opened doors beyond South Carolina. Expansion extended into North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

Today, INNOVATE operates across 11 states throughout the Eastern United States. But geography was never the true measure of success. If the brokerage grows, the agents who help build it should benefit from that growth.

That belief shaped the development of one of the most competitive revenue-share structures in the industry, along with a program that allows agents to participate in equity ownership.
